11⁄2" 19 Ring Plastic Comb. Plastic comb binding is one of the oldest and most economical ways to bind documents, proposals, and presentations. Also referred to as Surelox, GBC combs, or Ibico. Plastic comb binding is one of the few binding methods that allows for the addition or removal of pages after the document has been bound. Southwest Lock is standard comb style for diameters 11⁄4" through 2"; oval in shape with locking ends.
