Yes! There are a few ways you can print on plastic comb binding, but the most popular method is pad printing. This involves printing on the comb when it is rolled versus printing a flat comb and rolling it after the printing. Pad printing allows you to pick out the PMS color you want to be printed on the plastic comb. Typically the minimums are only 100 pieces for an imprinted plastic comb.
